Our first panelist, Teshia Levy-Grant, will give us a high level overview of where we are with DEI today.   Why is it still relevant and  what challenges do we still face?   We’ll learn about best practices from  a large employer perspective:  new strategies, approaches and tools to enhance effectiveness in promoting diversity.

Our second panelist, Lee Housley, will share her expertise on how to implement DEI initiatives in smaller or mid-sized companies when staffing and budgets are limited.  She’ll touch upon the grassroots efforts she employed and the lessons learned - including key stakeholder commitment, engaging employees, launching initiatives, and monitoring and measuring the results.

NOTE:  This webinar WILL BE recorded.
