Area employers and college career services representatives will share proven strategies for building your brand on campus—and recruiting and retaining the next generation of top talent.

• Navigating A.I. in the recruitment process

• Designing impactful internships and co-op programs

• Partnering effectively with college career centers

• Best practices for job postings, on-campus recruiting, and career fairs
