HR Wellness Toolkit: Strategies for You and Your Staff

    A joint meeting with HRACC

Let’s take care of the people who take care of everyone else!  In this session, we’ll explore two essential approaches to protecting ourselves from burnout—through physical and emotional wellness.

Shelby Pocius, a certified athletic trainer with deep experience in occupational medicine, will walk us through practical steps to boost energy, improve focus, and support long-term success. You’ll leave with a personalized action plan and at least one immediate step to enhance your physical well-being.

Jacquilyn Davis, Director of Learning & Workforce Development at Mental Health Connecticut, will provide tools to help HR professionals care for themselves and better support employees facing burnout. She’ll share strategies for recognizing the signs, setting healthy boundaries, and managing stress before it takes a toll.
