    Measurement frameworks and mental models that are right-sized for your organization, industry, and DEI journey; case examples on metrics across diversity, equity, and inclusion; and reporting in the context of your organizational challenges so that you can make a case for investment in the problems you’re trying to solve.

Previously, Rob was at Liberty Mutual Insurance, a 55K employee, Fortune 100 company, where he led employee experience and DEI analytics. He is the co-host of Inclusive Collective Podcast, a weekly podcast highlighting how DEI drives innovation and business value.
