In a world where turnover is the bane of the HR manager's world, and an organization's health, it's important to focus on the behaviors and create climates where people want to stay!

During this fast-paced, experiential workshop, you'll learn Bolder Company's CLOSE the gaps model and be invited to consider how the CLOSE behaviors are present (or not) in your organization and how you can take action to create workplace inclusion.

    CLOSE stands for:

    *Connecting and building relationships
    *Listening up
    *Owning your impacts
    *Speaking up
    *Engaging with Emotional Intelligence
